The founder and first chairman of Charitable Foundation of Kypselis was Dimitrios Malliopoulos.

Malliopoulos Dimitrios was a Greek politician.

He was the son of Konstantinos Malliopoulos, Mayor of Tamassi, and had studied law at the University of Athens . ^[1] He was elected for the first time in Karditsa in the elections of 1905 and was re-elected as a deputy of Trikala in those of 1912 , May 1915 and December 1915 . ^[2]
