The Kypseli Malliopouleion Foundation is governed by a twelve-member Board of Directors for a three-year term and ends with the election of a new Board of Directors by the Ordinary General Assembly of 2022, which is represented by a representative of each member legal entity. The Board of Directors is elected by the regular General Assembly of the members of the union which is the supreme body in accordance with article 16 of the Articles of Association and is composed of its members. The Board of Directors of the Foundation ensures the implementation of the broad guidelines and the general policy of the Foundation as defined by the General Assembly.
